Help finding Dimmer

Hello !
Does anyone know of a 4x or 8x dimmer module for a standard european switch panel/electrical box which can be controlled by Domoticz, preferrably wired (ethernet, 1-wire, modbus etc) not wireless.
To give an idea something like this but supported by Domoticz (this is a KNX EIB) unit :
Alternatively, does anyone know of a KNX bridge etc that can convert http(json) calls to KNX telegrams?
