installing package

I would like to have some speedtest values.
I found some instructions, and one of them is to install a "node"

I downloaded a file with this name "node-v6.2.2-linux-armv7l.tar.gz"
Is it right that i can install this with the command sudo apt-get node-v6.2.2-linux-armv7l.tar.gz ?

In what folder should I copy the *.gz file to ?

You see : I am a complete linux noob , but willing to learn

I think if you use the latest domoticz image, node is already in there. No need to install it again.
