RFLink Gateway (Bad soldered component?)

I received a RFLink Gateway from Nodo Shop but looks to me like something is wrong.

Some components are misaligned but I think this one is completely off:

My eyes aren't as good as they used to be, so I'm a little worried of being able to unsolder it without toasting or breaking the component and place it again correctly.

I can't find good pictures of the component correctly mounted. Where can I find one?

Maybe should I ask Nodo Shop to send me a new board with the components correctly soldered?

Absolutely. I'm sure they will offer a solution. :)
I have several different boards from the shop, never had any problems.

It looks like the component slipped down one bit before the soldering took place.
Can you indicate where the component is located on the board?
Does the board work at all?

Thank you, guys.

First was to make sure it was misplaced and was not a workaround because of a design issue of the Pcb.

This is where the component is installed (upper right quarter of Pcb):

I didn't tried to power the board as I was almost sure it was misplaced.

Trying to power up a board with wrong mounted components would be the worst thing you could try.

You probably should send it back and get a replacement..
