Hi there!

I bought some of these sensors and had a lot of problems to include them.
Tried the first one to include without luck. Resetted the sensor, also no luck.
So i tried the second one with the same result.

Googled a lot about that problem and only found 1 helping post.
Before you want to include you have to CLOSE THE SENSOR, that will help!

I don´t now why, but it´s working...

Regards
Oliver

And how will you push the button if the cover is closed?
In my opinion it's only the tamper switch that needs to be closed for inclusion.

Isn't the external tamper switch under the sensor identical to the button inside the casing? Either way, both are labelled TMP in the manual:

However, I'm pretty sure I kept the sensor flat on a table with the case open so that the external TMP was pushed in and then triple-clicked the internal button when I added my three sensors. Maybe there are many ways to skin this cat.

I didnt´t tried it with external button pushed and then using the internal,
but i will try it with my next sensor and give a feedback.

I only tried internal or external tamper alone with open sensor and no luck.
Since i closed the sensor, external one is working fine for inclusion with triple-click.
