Fibaro wall plug updates almost every second

Hi,
strange behaviour with my new Fibaro wall plug (old version, not "plus"). It started sending updates every second or so although nothing on the parameters would suggest it should. I guess it does not send a new update every second but as single update yields to 6 lines on the log it sure looks like it is doing something continuously (while Watt and kWh are still showing zeros):
Is this an expected behaviour with default settings?
I think I was able to reduce the interval a bit by changing parameters 43 and 45:
These were originally 30 (seconds for five updates) and 10 (0.1kWh). It now sends an update every half minutes.
But still, while there is absolutely no consumption or load showing (at least on Domoticz side and shouldn't be either as the dishwasher is not running) shouldn't it respect the "
47. Time period between reports on power load and energy consumption" setting which is 1 hour? I have not enable polling.
Appreciate any input on the matter.
p.s. since having a couple of z-wave devices the Domoticz log has basically blown up. If I move across the living room (where there is one Fibaro motion sensor) I get something like this:
Being new to z-wave, am I doing something wrong to get this kinds of updates or is it all expected? So far seems to work fine, but bit afraid what will happen if I include more nodes...
