State title of the blind (inverted) switch

Use this forum to discuss possible implementation of a new feature before opening a ticket.
A developer shall edit the topic title with "[xxx]" where xxx is the id of the accompanying tracker id.

Currently, the state name of this switch is open/closed because it relates to blinds. There are situations where this name is not appropriate. Up/down (levé/baissé in French) would more appropriate. Is this a modification that the developer community would agree to do?

Could someone let me know where in the I could replace Closed by Down and Open by Up?
