Hue bridge support for firmware 01032318

Hello,

Philips recently updated their bridge firmware to 01032318

they state that an updated security api has been implemented
for now that it has no inpact but if you reset the bridge Domoticz needs to register again using the NEW api.
if it can not handle the new api it will fail
my question:

from what level is the new security api implemented?(or is it not implemented at all.

this might be important to keep functionaslity between domoticz and Philips Hue.
