Netatmo Wind Gauge

Hi all

I am a new guy on Domoticz, and I found some sensors can be read by some RF dongle (e.g.: RfxTrx com). I would like to ask does it possible to read the Netatmo Wind Gauge directly, not via from it's weather station 's API.

I searching information from google, and just found the sensor RF frequency is 868MHz or 915MHz.
