Problem Accessing Domoticz Dashboard following Router Reset

I hope someone can help me. My router underwent a hard reset last night (long story) and although I have reconfigured the port forwarding in it for my Domoticz windows PC, I can't access the Domoticz dashboard or other tabs. The PC was assigned a new IP when the router restarted but if I now enter <IP:Port> i am directed to a frontpage instead of the dashboard like i was before. Any pointer in the right direction will be appreciated please.
