Is this a working solution for moving from Raspberry 2 to Raspberry 3?;
- make a backup of DB Rpi2 running latest stable
- make a fresh Jessie Domoticz installation on Rpi3
- Restore saved DB from Rpi2 in the new installation

Backup your whole domoticz folder on your old pi
if you have done the persistent USB devices wiki, make a copy (print) of this file as well

Download the new sdcard image, burn it, place the complete backup back (overwrite all files)

And your done

So, i copy and move the domoticz folder and then restore backup?

The database is also in the domoticz folder, so not necessary

Thx Eduard, tried to compile Domoticz but got shutdown, will try once more.
Noob Q, the prebuilt https://sourceforge.net/projects/domoticz/files/ are only for Wheezy right? No Jessie version?
