Multifunctional OS that runs Domotics on Pi 3

Currently i am using a Rapsberry pi (1) which is solely handling Domoticz.
I bought a Rasperry Pi 3 which i want to use for Domoticz but also want to use for other applications. Such as an audio centre, photo server, intranet.
So I am looking for an OS that enables me to run Domoticz among other applications on the Pi 3. Is this possible? If so, should I choose for Windows 10, Ubuntu, Raspian or another OS?
