Blocky IsDark

Hello all,
I've a question about my blocky when it's dark outside. I've made the blocky from the example of Thinkpad (thanks to him!).
Is it possible to have this "isdark" blocky go on 1 hour after sunset and go off 1 hour after sunrise? So change the standard sunset / sunrise by 1 or something?
