Tellstick duo on Windows 10

I have installed the TelldusCenter and i can control my devices with no problem, but how do i get them to appear in Domoticz (windows 10)?

I have for many years using tellstick duo and eventghost with Windows 7 and I have never had problems, now I have installed Domoticz and I can not get it to work.
Can someone guide me to make it work in Windows 7?
