If I look in the log from Domoticz I see every 30 sec . Is this normal ? ( latest beta v2.4650)

Yes, normal.
Before, domoticz always searched devices every 30 sec (but without log).
Now, they seraching only one on start (faster work). But when you enabled "allow for new devices" in settings, it works like previonus version (searching devices every 30 sec).
