NCID - Network Caller ID

Does anybody ever tried implementing NCID (http://ncid.sourceforge.net/ncid/ncid.html) in Domoticz?
It would be easy to have that information centralized so you can push it anywhere.

This looks like the functionality that is already available when using a Fritzbox, you can see who is calling/duration etc..
Or is this something new?

It's the same functionality (sans Frittzbox) NCID is a linux tool that allows you to use (really cheap) hardware to interface with the phone line
