SQL ERROR while creating new thread (thread was created)

During the creation of (my first) thread/post I received an General Error (SQL ERROR).
For all that the thread/post was created without doing any further actions.
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
Data too long for column 'config_value' at row 1 [1406]
An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.
