Want to run a blockly "On action"

Is it posible to to run a blockly on (or off) action?
is this posible? if so, how?
If not: any workarounds?
why:
I want to use a Nexa switch-button to change modes in a selector-switch (and the toggle-JSON for this kind of dummy dont work)
