Detailed Energy Graphs of previous days

Post by Martinisoft »

Dear Fellow Forum Members,

I am using Domoticz to read my Gas and Electricity Usage from the P1 port of my smart meter.
Everything works fine, but I was wondering if I can get the detailed hour by hour Graph that I see for the last 24 hours also for previous days.
Is this something that I need to enable somewhere or do I need to export a report everyday to preserve this detailed information?

Thanks in advance for thinking with me,

Martijn.

If you set the graph (via short log settings) to 7 days instead of 24h, you can see the detailed log for 7 days.
With the mouse you can select an area in the plot to zoom in.

In the settings menu you can set the short log to a maximum of 7 days. So any longer is not possible.

Thanks for your response.
Is it possible to automate the export of a graph? So I can save detailed graphs that way?

It would be really nice to be able to export and save once a day the data of selected curves.

Write a script that exports or copies the data from the meter table to csv or another database.
If you set your history to 7 days your database will grow huge if you have many thermometer or power meter devices.
