Door spares

We have got an office set up above our house and would like to bring changes in the door wherein I want to keep a sort of part added to the door where in the door closes automatically and a stopper too which avoids the hard banging of the door when someone enters and leaves the office and just leave the door free which may not be done intentionally. I have got list of few experts in town but then do not know if they would provide such spares. This was recommended by one of my friend, http://northtechwindows.ca/. I also heard that these are also good equally, Lambden Window & Door Sales Ltd, Canadian Professional Custom. Which of these would be better to go with ?
