Hi i have a raspberry Pi 1b with the latest domoticz beta software


I use openzwave with

(hardware in open zwave)

Everything worked fine in the open zwave control panel and also in domoticz till i add two new devices: 2 Aeotec Smart swict 6 zwave+ The rest of the hardware is not zwave+

In the zwave open control panel i can swith on/off every device.
When using domoticz it sometimes works and after a while the devices become dead....

When i only use the open zwave control panel it looks if there are no problems...

i deleted and installed it many times factoryreset everything... some an idea or is the combination raspberry 1b domoticz zwave and zwave + devices not compatible?

With only one zwave device it worked perfect!

i am experiencing a similar problem. Did you find a solution?

As far as i know Aeon Labs Z-Stick S2 controllers have some firmware problems. Gen5 sticks work more stable. Although I do had some problems like you were mentioning with my Aoetec Gen5 USB stick. I reset the stick, reset all modules (Altough they have 2 modes of reset, remove from the stick or factory reset, watch out for this, do a factory reset if possible). Then add all modules with the stick itself, not from domoticz. Mine is working perfectly now. Maybe you should give a try.

I had several z-wave devices suddenly showing up with 0000 identifiers upon reboot of my Domoticz server (under Ubuntu on an Intel NUC). They were not actually dead as such so simply overwriting the /domoticz/Config/zwcfg_xxxxxxxxxxxx.xml file with a known-good backup of that file from when all was OK fixes the problem. No idea why it happens in the first place but this always restores everything without having to reset/reinclude/whatever which I also tried many times.
