Dahua Ip camera snapshot url

hi, i searched for the dahua camera snapshot url , on this forum, and internet, but get not a working solution, for this camera
in the wiki i found :
http://<IP address>:9989/onvif/media_service/snapshot?channel=0&subtype=0
also not working,
camera model is : IPC-HDBW-2200
has somebody a working url for this camera ?

Attached is a screenshot of the config for my Dahua cameras, Ive got four different models and they all use the same config. I dont have anything after snapshot.
Please notice, the preview always shows a broken image when I press test connection.. but otherwise the cameras work perfectly fine, so if your using the test button only to check if its working then you will believe its not functioning, when it likely is.

Hi.
On my 4300 series camera I can confirm both work:
http://192.168.*.*:9989/onvif/media_service/snapshot?channel=0&subtype=0
http://192.168.*.*:9989/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi
In domoticz however I use:
http://192.168.*.*:9989/cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi?loginuse=#USERNAME&loginpas=#PASSWORD

Pff.. unable to figure out the Dahua C35 snapshot settings.
It seems port 9989.... no longer available....
Nmap shows: 9989/tcp closed unknown
as to earlier DAHUA ... 9989/tcp open unknown

download ispy and allow it to find it for you, i find for almost every camera it can get the diffrent streams fairly easily

I was looking at the ISPY website only to find it.
That is an excellent idea I totally forgot the possibility. Long time ago I found my first foscam links that way.
Now moved from FOSCAM to DAHUA

Thanks! I used the cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi?1 in the image link and it worked! May need to see if I can adjust the resolution as it takes awhile to load

Hi guys,
maybe a reply on an old topic but im still looking for an answer for the following.
I have a Dahua IPC-HDBW8630E-Z and i want a streaming of this cam on my own created domoticz frontpage.
The only thing i can embed is a simple snapshot from
http://IP-ADDRESS:8080/cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi.
I cant manage to make this a stream, only with refreshing the whole page.
Is there another way or url for the live stream for this cam?

I have the same problem. I also can't see a stream from my camera. I have an Dahua IPC-HDBW4431R-ZS.
In Blue Iris i can find my camera and i get the following settinga
Opening 192.168.178.10 port 80...

I have 4 models of dahua cameras
IPC-KW12W
IPC-HFW2100R-VF
IPC-HFW1000S-W
IPC-HDBW1120E-W
and they all work Ok in domoticz
In the field ImageURL : cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi?

I also use the Dahua IPC-HDBW4431R-ZS.
To get a snapshot, I can use
http://10.0.0.30/cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi?1
but then I have to type user and password.
I could not found a version where I add user and password to the URL.
Any ideas ?

Can you try;

I believe I have the similar camera and use;
protocol:HTTP
port: 80
imageURL : cgi-bin/snapshot.cgi?1
Test connection does not work, but the image is shown in the overview page.
Otherwise check if you can downgrade the authentication in the camera config itself from digest to basic. (Assuming you have not connected this to the internet).

Thanks, but it did not work.
And, I do not see a way to change form digest to basic.
A workaround could be to trigger an alarm manually; that would create a snapshot I could use.
But I am not sure if this can be done.
