I've got an iPhone 6s with iOS 11.4
When I'm in the Bluetooth settings screen, Pi detects the iPhone.
Leaving this screen Pi doesn't detect my iPhone via Bluetooth.
So the script isn't workin for me.
Any solution?

hcitool scan would only detect the iPhone when in discoverable mode, you are supposed to write down the mac and follow the rest of instructions.

With the mac it should be able to be seen outside the bluetooth settings screen (unless the phone is turning off Bluetooth for power saving or something like that).

also hcitool just detects my iPhone when I'm in the mentioned screen.
