Yes! Ads will only appear in the free version.

Thanks for the new version. Just installed it and first results are:
- The widget is only showing one item in the new version, even though I have set 6 widgets to show in the setting (also changing 6 to another value doesn't change anything).
- On the widget the Show More button isn't working.

The beta1 doesn't include the new widget compatible with iOS 10.
I will release b2 tomorrow with support for new widgets.

Some stuff to keep in mind though: Apple changed the way widgets work in iOS 10.
Widgets now have 2 modes:
* Compact (by default) --> Displays 2 Pilot favorites
* Expanded --> Displays as many favs as you have

Graphs (and live view) for energy and gas usage (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) would be really awesome for this app

What do you mean exactly? Graphs are already available in the Premium version.
Live graphs aren't available in Domoticz.

Yes there is Using it all the time now with the Domotix app for iOS which has that all built in, including current usage, on the left you see what is currently happening (the big number) that updates every 10 secs for energy and every minute for gas:

Also the graphs you do have in the app right now need 3 clicks before you see them and the energy one crashes the app for me on IOS10.

Going to check why the energy graph crashes.

Graphs is not the most used feature in Pilot, that explains why you need more than a tap to actually get to your graphs.
You do get the current value though!

Yes I see Maybe you could add those graphs (for gas, energy and solar) on a tab icon like the once at the bottom, home | favorites | graphs | settings?

I'm great fan of your app.
What I was wondering for a While, and since IOS10 must be possible.

Will pilot build in Siri support? So I can say: Hey Siri. turn on my roomlight with pilot.

Would be a usefull feature, because Siri listens to 'hey siri' when being charged. So I would only have to SCREAM arround in my home

Not sure they'd allow that integration as conflicts with HomeKit commands. For Siri control you'd need to run homebridge & homebridge-edomoticz on a device on your local network to populate HomeKit, alongside Pilot (which is what I do).

I updated Domoticz to the latest beta build Version: 3.5776 compiled on 10/16/2016 and now the my favorites widget doesn't work, "can't connect to the server". The app works fine otherwise. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi, not sure if I'm the only one with this problem but I've noticed that when I'm leaving home it is not recognised by Pilot and thus my Domoticz is not updated. I'm using the beta version: 2.0.0 (2003). Do more people experience the same problem? Or is it only me? Thanks.

How could I debug this problem why this is happening?

Hi. I sent a support email using your website form and also another one directly but have not received a reply from either. The first email was sent over two weeks ago.

Is this app still being developed, or is the author away at the moment? I have paid for the upgrade, so would have expected a reply by now.

A couple of weeks ago I was still in contact with the developer as being a beta tester and a translator for his Pilot app. He is probably away or so. He gives good support and the Pilot app is still being developed. Maybe post your problem in this forum so that you maybe get response from the community.

Yes, version 2.0.0. is in beta testing now (since Oct 18th), as for new features in this version I think it is mainly the Apple Watch compatibility (haven't installed it as I don't have the watch). So definitely development still going on, but I think the dev may have several other projects (/day job) going on as well so might take a while to answer..

If it was a totally free app I would agree, but I think that once you pay a premium for upgrading the app then the excuse that you are 'busy doing other things' is not really acceptable in the business world. I run my own app business and spend a lot of time answering customers' emails. When I go on holiday I usually leave the emails till I get back so I can wind down, but if I was going away for more than a week then I would keep up with any important ones. Typically I reply within 24 hours and customers are often grateful for the speed of response. So good customer support is often prompt customer support in my experience. Of course if you are ill or have other problems, then it is totally different.

Anyway, rant over I do really like the app, especially the widget which makes it as quick as possible to get to the regularly used controls, though this does stop working after a while and does not recover unless you go back into the app.

My main problem is actually with the Notifications. They are working fine when on my wi-fi network, but do not work remotely (e.g. when using 3G/4G mobile data). If I switch to using Prowl instead then I do receive notifications remotely.

I can't think why this would be since only an internet connection should be required, so any ideas?

Today it happend again, I left home and during the day I realised that Domiticz thought I was still at home, the Pilot app didn't noticed that I left home. I've the WIFI enabled, that is not the issue. I was also not on the phone when I left my house, so I had 3G/4G data available.

@Patrick: do you know what is going on? How can I debug this situation?
