No, not necessarily read the Toon, but also connect directly to the meter module. Both would be really great

On the Eneco forum I read that gizmocuz is involved in finding a solution together with the Toon developers.
Hopefully he can inform us a bit over the plans and progression and maybe a timepath.
After a week suffering with my domoticz and the toon I hope it will not take much longer anymore.
Does anyone of you have a suggestion for a good thermostat as replacement for the Toon?

If I change my thermostat I would buy a ThermoSmart one.

What is the advantage of changing the thermostat? I can adjust the temperature with my
https://Toonopafstand.eneco.nl. I would think it is more useful if the Domoticz server can directly grab data from the P1. So: let Domoticz and Toon communicate over the local network if I want to.
Or perhaps allow my Domoticz machine to get data directly from the Eneco interface that is connected to the P1. As I understand it: the Eneco interface and the Toon communicate directly and the data is then sent to the service center. All apps get the data from the service center.

You can have a look at
https://www.slimmemeterkabel.nl/
With such a cable connected to your domoticz machine you can read the meter values directly. No need for Toon

I don't want to adjust the temperature with an app or what so ever. In my system I programmed a whole lot of logic how the temeperature should be depending on the stat of the household. So I need to be able to set a thermostat from within the domoticz program. Hope this answer your question.

Hi gizmocuz. Thanks!
But why is the official Toon API not used?

I do not own a Toon, just helping out...
Please feel free to implement it if this is needed and make a git pull request

Hi Gizmocuz, just installed the new beta and it looks good at first sight.
I really appreciate your work on this, thank you!

Good work! Thank you!
Sorry, my C++ knowledge is not good enough for that..
Btw: Is it possible to update the Toon data when executing the "setPoint" action?

It should be updated within ~ 30 seconds

Same here. Interesting part if that it was working until around 19:00 last night and then started to generate errors. From my error log:
2016-10-21 08:41:21.653 Error: ToonThermostat: Error getting current state!
2016-10-21 08:47:05.439 Error: ToonThermostat: Error getting current state!
2016-10-21 08:48:32.888 Error: CheckAuthToken(831a....[removed detail]....) : session id not found
In addition, I tried to login to the Toon app this morning, and it told me that I could not login in as 4 devices were already logged in. I wonder if Eneco has made yet another 'fix' somewhere that has caused this problem. I can change my Setpoint & Off/Away/Sleeping/Home/Comfort which all still seem to work, just cannot get any meter readings from either electric or gas

Toonopafstand.eneco.nl doesn't work anymore either!
Eneco: fix that sh*t! I will check in on their forum again as well.

I will
I just cannot comprehend Eneco developers using the Production environment as one large beta.... I think the first focus now should be on rolling back some of the updates and start building stuff again from there.
