Setup value % for dimmer Milight not working on scene/groupe. I setup for 5% and add to Groupe. But when enable Groupe it turn on full light 100%. No 5%.

Hi, I have the same problem as piokuc, when I add my Dual White MiLight, it wil show up as RGB with the RGB controls in domoticz. (I am on R45)

I then manually edited the domoticz.db file, and changed the subtype to 3 (=White), this works in domoticz, I get the right MiLight Dual White controls, only to find out that rflink could not understand the different commands. When I try to change to "Warm white" or "Cold White" for example, I get this error in my log: Error: RFLink: trying to send unknown led switch command: 19.

Are the any plans to fix this in a future release?

We will take a look.
Note that dimming will never work perfectly with white/rgb. The Milight protocol does only support up/down and not a direct dim value.
The RGBW protocol does properly support direct dim values..
