Do these door sensors provide a battery-level in Domoitcz, or at least a signal when the battery is getting low?
I'm looking into zwave door sensors at the moment, but this is a feature that seems to be missing on quite a few of these.

Battery level is present, even in Domoticz. As for the low level notification, I have to wait at least 2 years to tell
Also, could you please tell me a z-wave door sensor which doesn't report battery level? I have three different brands and all of them are reporting.

I don't have a door sensor yet (I'm still orienting myself on them) but in searching this forum and google, I got the idea that this was something that is not widely implemented in z-wave sensors. My bad!
And when battery level is present, then there is always a possibility to generate messages through blocky or something. Just one of the two is sufficient, I just don't want to make a trip along all sensors every couple of weeks to make sure there is still juice in the batteries.

You don't have to. The information is there by default.

Wonder if it's a stock cleanup and sign of new, upgraded/better versions arriving soon?

Hi,
products will be supported by Domoticz - we just have them in test.
The XML is missing in this time, but it is not a problem.
But please note - the products are not "safety certified" in this time (but very nice,... agree
).

Would be great! Leave us a comment when it's done...

From what it looks like they're Heimantech stuff, and supported by OZW. In Europe they're running under the brand Domux. FYI I've ordered a CO smoke sensor, will report back when arrived (but I'm 100% sure it will be recognized as Domux).
About the temp/hum one: there's a german z-wave review site, and they had issues with this stuff (battery died fast). Could be a faulty one, I don't know.

Yes, they look exactly the same, i will order the temp/hum and CO, for that price.

Just an idea: there's a french distributor called casabill, they have these stuff for even lower price. Minor problem: the reduced price is only valid for shipping in France. But I noticed you live in The Netherlands, maybe you have some french buddies near to you

No, no friends in France, the price is very nice in the France shop. I see the discount works for me, i only have to pay shipping cost but then it still cheaper.

Ah, they changed it then. 2 weeks ago it didn't work for me, had a chat with them. So they fixed the shipping issue, nice

Ordered at Casabill a Domux smoke detector (DX1SA-Z) and it took some time to get it included.
The OpenZWave database has an manufacturer id of 0260 but this Domux answered with 021c
Still in Domoticz is is not 'detected' as a smoke detector but just as
Sensor/Switch, Alarm Type/Switch, Alarm Level/Switch and Unknown/Switch

Interesting. I've ordered one from Aliexpress (looks the same). I'll get back to you once it's arrived.

I also found these door/window detectors on Ali:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/alarme- ... 36108.html
45 euro for 3 detectors is a good price I think.
Anybody that recognizes these from the looks of them?

Interesting design, but not familiar. Could be a new player, who knows? Worst case scenario: It's a counterfeit chipped one. I have one with counterfeit chip (it's a Xenon brand, you can find it at aliexpress), it's not recognized by OZW, so I have an unknown device, but it's created the relevant sensors, I can see the on/off signal, and also the battery is reporting flawlessly.
So, you can try it, but don't blame if it's not working. You'll be the guinea pig for this one

Does he get the right product id (8002)? Maybe you can change the manufacture database number 0260 in 021c and include him again.
