Re: Energy Dashboard (Build in)
Field "price" is also the wrong one (return kWh X 2 instead of X 1)waltervl wrote: Wednesday 08 July 2026 16:36 What you can do is to get the json of the P1 device as the flow is:
- GetInitialDevices() calls: json.htm?type=command¶m=getdevices&rid=...
- For the P1 device (idx == idP1), RefreshItem() calls handlePower(item).
- handlePower() reads item.price and stores it in $scope.p1Price
So what gives field price in the json from API call (change DomoIP, Port and IDXP1 to real values)Code: Select all
http://DomoIP:Port/json.htm?type=command¶m=getdevices&rid=IDXP1
Code: Select all

Re: Energy Dashboard (Build in)
Looking at this screenshot you posted earlier you could try to change the P1Electricity report display to something else then Simple (Dynamic contract) as you do not have a dynamic contract.

Re: Energy Dashboard (Build in)
Then it seems to be a deeper issue on energy cost calculation of P1 devices than just the energy dashboard ...
Perhaps start a new topic on this. Or make a GitHub issue.
Edit: seems to be a known issue viewtopic.php?t=42871

Re: Energy Dashboard (Build in)
I have made a separate posting for P1 as you suggested.

Re: Energy Dashboard (Build in)
In the first posting two years ago, announcing this new energy dashboard, the screenshot includes 5 custom widget bubbles (instead of 3 like it is implemented now).
More custom widget bubbles would be quite useful for me and maybe other users, too.
Probably there is a reason for the reduction to only three, but I am not aware of it. However, according to design and space it seems to be feasible even for up to 7. Could it be re-established?

Re: Energy Dashboard (Build in)
@imautohuttraeger, there are 5: Gas, water and 3 free widgets.

Re: Energy Dashboard (Build in)
Ah - now I understand
. Sorry.
As I don't have gas and water meters in Domoticz, I never used it thus have never realized this correlation.
Would be great to have 4 or 5 custom widgets, if gas and/or water are not used. Idea: "Simply" deactivate (grey out) custom widget 4 and/or 5 if gas and/or water are used.
If you also think it is a good idea, I could make a GitHub feature request. But if not: Do you have any idea for a workaround so I could use it for electric meters?

Re: Energy Dashboard (Build in)
This dashboard is meant for a overview of your consumption. (Grid Meter, Gas, Water, Battery), and you can have 3 additional meters.
That should be more than sufficient.
You can use it to display 3 additional kWh sensors already

Got you, but that seems to be not valid for megizmocuz wrote: Thursday 30 July 2026 10:51 [...]

. heat pump 1 for heating
. car charger 1
. washing machine
Would like to see also e.g.
. heat pump 2 for hot water
. car charger 2
. cloths dryer
. ...
However, please interpret my wish just as a humble suggestion. I do highly appreciate all of your work and I am fully aware of the fact that the effords must be prioritized to feed most important things and broader needs.
::::smart-arse mode ON::::
BTW: I am taking the term "Energy Dashboard" obviously too literally. The volumes of gas and water don't show energy. And electric current beats gas as the future for heating both in terms of costs and environmental impact.
