If you mean notification type plays, you cannot initiate that from Domoticz.

I have seen google-home-notifier, but you could also try a cli script that allows you to start a sound cast to the Google Home, as if you were chromecasting (chromecast-cli).

You can use a switch in Domoticz to trigger a node-red flow which can in turn speak a notification based on the switch state via a Google Home.

Controlicz test say it unable to connect but it work for almost everythings except xiaomi smart plug. I don't understand why. Everythings are right on your side?

yes, the test is broken - going to remove it whilst i debug.
What's wrong with the xiaomi plugs? Not discovered at all?

the controllicz "app" is not showing up on assistant when I ask it to "talk to controllicz" "talk to homecontrollicz" or "turn on my lights"

Any pointers? kinda driving me nuts now

Discovered that Google home can broadcast messages.

Would this function work with this integration to domoticz?

Yes same gmail account

No "home control" option listed under settings in assistant
