There's a special Android version coming for TV's. Will be released tomorrow. Google has send out developer units of a standalone box that has Android TV running on it.

He Sebas,

You did more then just fixed some issues ;)

I can now see my camera to :)

My wishlist would be:
- To see the Dashboard icons instead of all the switches.
- When you scroll down and look at some switches and a refresh is comming the screen scrolls back to the top.
- Notifications in the app so you don't need any other apps. (When doorbell is pressed you get a popup from your camera).

Greetings Brutus.

Surprise
Notifications would require work on the Domoticz side as well so I need to see if the dev team has time to implement it. Dashboard should be doable and that refresh thing as well.

You're welcome :-) Good to hear it works.

Does someone know how I get that security panel to work? I entered a security code and set the delay to 0. It doesn't show anywhere event after I logout of Domoticz.

I filled in my internal IP and port at both internal and external, and now it works :)

@sebas, thanks for adding support for protected switches so quickly!! 8-) However, i can't view the status of a protected switch (or i didn't look good, for now it looks like it just displays a grey lock icon). Is it possible to still leave the switches protected, but display the status (maybe display a blue lock when active, or a grey logo when inactive) ?

Good morning,

I agree with that point.. A short label would be usefull to manage the widgets.
I am using Dromotica since yesterday with my Domoticz server installed on my Synology. It is a nice app, congrats for the job.

I have sent an e-mail to the developper to inform him about a bug with the "Form authentication"
I had to set my server to "Basic Auth" in order to solve my issue. I was able to list the devices and the scenes but no command could be sent.

Regarding a wish list... Would it be possible to add a STOP button for blinds ? :-)

Hi, developer here :-) Received your email. Those connection issues are the final touches I'm adding. This happens in some cases and will be solved soon.

Stop button for blinds has been requested before. I have added it to the (long) list of features that I would like to include.

Tags would be great indeed. I now created them with a widget 'simple text'. Otherwise it's indeed almost useless. Or you must have a photographic memory Image

Is there a way to get Dromotica working through a vpn? I think the problem now is the check of the home wifi ssid.

Yes, there is. Copy your local settings to the remote settings.

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for your answer on Google Play ^^
I have updated Dromotica on my smartphone. I have switched my Dromoticz server from "Basic Auth" to "Connection Form" and started Dromotica.
List of devices : ok
List of scenes : ok
List of Temp Sensor : ok
Opening one blind : ok
Getting my Temp sensor state : ok
Well done amd thank you very much !

I only miss a stop button which is available on Domoticz web interface ;-)

Yesterday I tried the widget. It works... It only remains to add a short tag but thanks to bizziebis, we have a way to bypass the problem

hi sebas

i have a problem with the last update, when i scroll down on switchs the dromototica goes down ( application turn off).
Scenes- ok
utilities- ok
temperature- ok
Weather - ok
cameras- ok

i think that is about switches are longer (more switchs) then the other tabs.

thanks

Are you using the venetian blinds? For me those are the only one's with a stop button in the web interface. I haven't added support for them yet but will do soon.

Do you have protected switches? If that's the case I fixed that this morning, that update should be available in the store about now.

I m using SOMFY blinds :

I can send an "Open" command and then send a "stop" command via Domoticz
Image
Domoticz type of Switch : Blinds
Protocol : RTS

Does that answers you ?

Yes, and it adds some confusion :-) The stop command apparently works with normal blinds.

This is how the blinds switch is shown in Domoticz for me:

And this is the Venetian blinds:

I expected to only have the stop command with the venetian blinds and I haven't implemented them yet. As the stop button works with blinds I can add that to the switch in Dromotica without a problem.

P.S. your second image doesn't show (403 error).
