Yes and no.... If you can solder, and know what you are doing you can replace it with the same type.

It's the green blobby thing. Normally they are self resetting fuses. So if something is short circuit they will reset after some time.

But I don't take any responsibility if something goes wrong.

I have now several NEO products in my system. there all working fine, exept one "the alarm unit" (http://www.szneo.com/en/products/show.php?id=194) i cannot set any parameters. i think it is not reconised by open Z-wave.
What do i have to do to set the Parameters?

Then don't buy these stuff. This topic was created (yes, by me) to provide information on chinese made stuff. No, I'm really not a seller, even a reseller, etc. I understand you have doubts, also your finding is important - one can decide whether to buy or not to buy these things. My 50 cents as I like this topic where we show each other how to build/buy champagne sensors for lemonade money.

Most Neo Coolcam devices do work with domoticz and are even being sold here in the Netherlands by a Dutch company at a price slightly higher then on aliexpress . (10 euros higher)

Being sold here I think should mean they pass the CE checkmark (not the China Export). As they are being sold here me as a consumer should consider them safe.

Doing your own import has the potential danger of buying Chinese copies of devices that don't meet CE.

How about that for summary

Also you can get a rebranded - but clearly Neo stuff, namely the door sensor - at amazon.de (as far as I remember it's Cyrus or something like that).

I notice the power plugs don't work with my fridge and oven. Anyone know why not? Can not find a max Wattage. Although my fridge will not need much. The dryer is working fine...
