Hi Edddie and other contributors,
This theme is very nice! The colors icons everything.
Greetings.
I think your system still caching, see below, the tiles should be a bit bigger (vertical).
The 4 tiles hasn't been done, I think a few people are on holidays right now (including me
)
Have you tried different browser in incognito mode?

Red text will give you problems if you want to create a dark version of the theme later (and you may want to, because it's better for your eyes at night, and doesn't scream for attention if you use it on a wall tablet).
Yes, there's plan for a dark one, this is the original idea:
http://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic ... 60#p187090
I'm no developer so I leave it up to @landaisbenj and @DewGew to decide, they have been quite involved and making the theme possible. I'm just the designer. If you know a bit of coding, please feel free to have a go, we are all learning here

Hi All,
I have a script running that update a TEXT device. The text is lot of info. In the Default theme the div will change in size so the text will be always inside the device content.
Will you update this also in Machinon Theme?

Hi All,
Great theme, finally something nice to eye and easy to use on dashboard. Great thanks for this. Ok, now back to a reality .-). I have forked git repo, now I can see first problem here, there was some changes inside custom.css file. This is a problem, because there is inside css folder ,scss files, now this is very common setup, problem is if I use and change something inside .scss file it will generate new custom.css file and override all changes. Thing is if you want to update css do that inside .scss file and generate custom.css file
.
As a workaround, if you are not sure what to do include another css file where will be all new changes, or at least document changes that is made so we can update .scss file accordingly.
For feature dev it will be nice to have all changes inside scss files
.
If you need some help about this, PM me or ask here.
Thanks
does domoticz compile .scss by itself?

Ok i learn css préprossessor
I think we don't need .scss file. Here we are not really coder so just 1 file must be more easy to use...
Maybe in futur, code can be organize with scss file, but not now.
Now i have some base i try to clean folder of machinon, to create more facilities to css code, but with just one file.

Hi,
couple of things I noticed a few times.
1) Can we get rid of this? sometimes in some devices it gets in the way too much: It occupies valuable screen space for (in my opinion) nothing. I think since there's already the "About" menu, there's no need to have a footer for it. In my opinion it does not bring value to the user to have that there. If it must... then I would make it very small but would prefer it it was out. I personally have no interest on seen my name there

2) Logo / text, it would be nice if that could be customize by the user, not really critical.
3) The log out, etc menu on mobile devices appears a bit out of place.

Thanks

I think we are getting close to more or less glitch-free version.
Great work guys! Really like the possibility to switch to dark theme and the 2 settings menu option. I'll try to update the a draft of the dark theme soon...

I like this layout, but dislike one thing about it.
The white dot of the switch should not be white for me. Now I think it's to bright for a dark theme. Maybe you can give it a dark grey color like the disabled icon?

Is there a reason why a text device doesn't show the log command?
Never mind... just found a bug (#17) on github

I Have the same problem, big tiles are not showing. I tried in incogniot modus and in a new browser install, but still no big tiles.
Is there anything I need to change in the config to get this working? I love the theme, but I keep going back to the stock themes because of this.

Hi Edddie and other contributors,
This theme is very nice! The colors icons everything.
I uploaded the content from Github to my "Domoticz\www\styles\machinon" folder and copy'd the settings file to "\Domoticz\www\templates"
After that I deleted the cache from firefox and loaded the new theme. It looks great but I don't have the big tiles in my dashboard and Switches tab? Is this still in progress or is something wrong at my end?

I was able to go back to standard theme by renaming the machinon directory in domoticz/www/styles. After a restart of domoticz it comes up with the standard theme.

Did you copy the Settings.html to www/templates/ ?
