I'm very pleased with them :)
Ok, well maybe people have had bad luck - or you've had good luck :D Or maybe there are some differences between production batches. In any case, a lot of bad experiences (there was also a link to another forum where users discussed NEO plugs).

Edit:
Looks like there are no harmony triggers like "if activity X is activated".
Seems they have not developed the IFTTT integration then. Haven't used in months myself (since I got the IR receiver setup). In any case, the same delay would've most probably been there as well.

I'd definitely go for this option, allows you to do all kinds of interesting stuff with Harmony. Harmony really should have this (http get) as a native functionality...

Already ordered a Flirc receiver and add a DummyTv to all my Harmony activities.
Tomorrow another party on the IR floor and hopefully I can fix this annoyig issue.

Neo's are great, had one DOA and the seller solved it 101%. Lets see how the perform after 2 years while the being 50% cheaper then any other Z-Wave+ plug

That was fast :) Once you link an IR command from the DummyTv to a key (combination) just head to /etc/triggerhappy/triggers.d and add a text file (I have domoticz.conf) with lines like (in this example the IR command is tied to SHIFT+CTRL+1):

Code: Select all

KEY_1+KEY_LEFTSHIFT+KEY_LEFTCTRL 1 curl -s "http://url:port/json.htm?type=command&param=switchlight&idx=IDXofNEOplug&switchcmd=On"
Then add the command to the start of needed activities and you should be good to go...

Let's hope my two NEO's are from the "good batch" as well :D
