As fas as I understand it's a feature. So .5 will remain available.
I think the reason for resolution of 1 is because some thermostats (like my Honeywell Touch) don't handle resolution .5 right. OTGW don't see such a value.

Oh, happy to read its an option. It seems a bit outdated to me. Especially in modern well isolated house.

@waltervl: not glad to read about such a resolution of one degree.

It is better now!! Did you check the wiki? You can set the step of a domoticz thermostat device to whatever you like. 0.01, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 etc. You can also use it not only for temperature but for every required Unit of measure (C, F, m, cm, bar, lux, etcetera).
So it is not back in the past but up to the future!

With false setting I mean that you now can set eg 22.5 degrees but some OTGW connect thermostats cannot handle this as it can only handle integers (22 or 23)

No I didn't check the Wiki till you said me to do that.
But that is indeed a nice feature. Looking forward allthough the functionality will do for me now.
