Ok, thanks for the confirmation. Then I'll need to investigate further with the assumption that it is at least not the Domoticz version that is incapable. I've upgraded the OS since I successfully ran the hardware with the same setup. Any advice on things I can check to investigate whats wrong? At least the hardware seems to show up properly when I add it in Domoticz (OpenZWave USB Version: 1…6-1911-gc6a420ef).

Perhaps the new OS prevents something in your OS. In previous OS you had to disable serial console. Perhaps google RazBerry Domoticz and your OS version for users with similar issues.
