Thanks for the great work.

Try to get the flow working from @firewizard.. Only my nr is not so good..:=-(
So i see this option looks easer to me. [ dz vents..:-)

Set the code.
Make all the dummys.
Only i see differents here in the topic.
Sunpower ozon/uv etc.
In the flow from Firewizard i see a a Alarm for the next day?

Is there a perhaps som option to set the exact dummys i need for the vaulue OpenUV is using.
ScreenShot272.png
ScreenShot272.png (87.63 KiB) Viewed 3299 times

I see a lot of options.

In the flow i see:
https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopi ... 38#p247462

On this topic i see:
4 Devices: From @waaren
https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopi ... uv#p249016

And two other? from @janjansen
https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopi ... v#p249126

Sorry i am a noob in the value's

This option is looking great in this extrem warm period.. To protect my childs..
So is the alarm also possible in Dz vents?

@EdwinK

If you want to show, that www.openuv.io is not available and that this explains that you don't get an answer, this is the wrong method.
A network administrator has the possibility to disable an ICMP request, so that a host will not respond to a ping request.
Beside that there might be other reasons that a ping fails.

To test it, you may want to use another tool, such as Angry IP Scanner, which uses a different method.
You will see, that the site is alive.

See: https://angryip.org/

Experiments sometimes leave undesired components.

Now running the dzVents-script to get the info & json-file from OpenUV.
Also tried the plugin: OK, but means double rate of calling, and therefore deleted.
During deletion of the plugin first removed the related devices and then deleted the folder with plugin.py

After subsequent reboot however a repeating error-report in the Log:

Code: Select all

2020-06-08 18:07:10.383 Error: OpenUV2 hardware (15) thread seems to have ended unexpectedly
How to get rid of that error report ( other ;-) than by installation of the plugin)?

Set2 = RPI-3A++RFLinkGTW+ESP8266s+PWS_WS7000
Common = KAKUs+3*PVLogger+PWS_TFA_Nexus
plus series of 'satellites' for dedicated interfacing, monitoring & control.

Did you also remove the plugin from the hardware tab?

Hi

@Waaren,

Super script you wrote thank you. I just copied and paste it and updated with my config details.
Working like a charm :)

@Jan Jansen

I see in your post that you have the "Zonnekracht in watt/m2, is there a conversion done or is this value available from the OpenUV.io?
I would like to have this one too, with it I can calculate what my solar panels should do (approx.)

Thank you for letting me know, how that is done.

Bernard,

I switched from Darksky to OpenWeatherMap via Buienradar. On that route I lost the sensor 'Zonnekracht'.
