Does your firewall allow XMPP? (TCP 1880) to the outside world?

I'm not aware of the fact that my firewall/router is blocking this port.
I have used nefit easy for some time now but ran into this issue a few days ago.
No changes were made in my fireall recently.

Question, if my Nefit thermostat is connected to the internet is does this not mean that Domotixz should be able to do so as well?
There is no firewall blocking port 1880 that I'maware of and the Nefit app on my phone is working correct as well.

I'm not 100% sure what ports the easy-server is using, but I guess the same as the thermostat uses.

But your log of the easy-server signals an authorization issue using XMPP.

I have seen this one time before, but can't remember why this happened. Eventually I removed any reference to node, npm and easy-server and re-installed everything again.
