Well, I revert to my previous config without 15m cable. All usb devices are working like a charm.
My difficulties to reach some rfxcom devices are back

So I brought this antenna viewtopic.php?t=214
I will check if it will fix my rfxcom signal trouble

For zwave I will probably buy a repeater, I wonder if a repeater add time to send command to the device ?
