The config is stored in EEPROM so it indeed should just work after flashing a new bin, unless they changed the format of the storage.
I have no idea and haven't looked at that code for quite some time now.
Which version did you flash before? This is the V2.0 version of the source, which I used at the time and is now working for quite a while for me.

Before I flashed the latest : ESPEasy_mega-20190425

I'm also wondering if it's normal the temperature reading of the CO2 sensor is soooo constant (perhaps not working)? PPM is changing over time, but temperature seems fixed at 23°C....

edit: it just changed, looks like there is quite some lag on that temp sensor.

Forget about the temperature sensor as it is nowhere close to the real temperature. I use a dht22 in the same setup to get a much better Temp and also Hum reading. ;)

I finally finished my project in a $4 enclosure obtained from ebay using a Wemos D1 and tasmota.

I added a 3,3v Temperature Humidity Sensor GY-213V-HTU21D I2C as well. In my bedroom is always dark so the intentional LUX meter was absolute overkill.

So created a separate LUX meter for the livingroom
