I submitted an issue in Github - it has to do with changes in the Python system used for the newest Domoticz Bèta

I've seen the issue on GitHub. From the top of my head, the changes that are mention in "advance warning" are not used by my plugin, so I need to dive in to see what goes wrong.

same problem with my own plugin - prebuilt beta binary tarballs are compiled without Python suport - from v3.7602 hash f39f21d.

After the Domoticz Beta 3.7602 the plugin has stop working.

After a short investigation I also noticed that the plugins are disabled at the moment in the master branch and in the downloadable beta release. It is mentioned in many other posts in this forum as well. So it is up to the devs of domoticz to fix the issue and enable Python plugins again. When I build domoticz myself and enable Python plugins the Buienradar plugin just work.

It think the Buienradar plugin needs to be updated because of the new phyton interface?

Mine is also not running stable, web interface stops working

Buienradar is working again at Bèta 3.7686, for flooding log file see - http://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic ... 20#p136763 or just remove the files, the demo files mentioned in the post are already present.

On Beta v3. 7676 all running fine for some hours and than Domoticz stops working. This only happens when when the Buienradar plugin is active.
Hope to see this fixed in the near future.

update to latest Domoticz Bèta, some problems fixed in Python Domoticz part - no problem any more

to be precise - the problems where Python related but in the new Domoticz events system - had nothing to do with Buienradar plugin

Yes I know. Hope to see this fixed soon. Really love this plugin but for now i switched of the plugins completely. Just had another Domoticz crash on latest beta. Two crashes a day is too much.

Is someone running this plugin stable? I am still getting domoticz shut downs 3 times a day when I use this "python" plugin. Only renaming my plugin folder solves the issue.
Perhaps a new and fresh domoticz installation solves the problem?????

Some major work has been done on the python plugins in Domoticz recently. Not sure how stable it is at the moment. My Domotics at home is not running as it should be (problem with my hardware), so I can only test a little.

Today updated my pi, including all installed packages.
Activated the Buienradar plugin and unfortunately within a few hours Domoticz was offline again.

Is it possible to include the "Solar Irradiance" and "Visibility" ?

They come visible at the log but not as a device.

I have made some updates to the Buienradar script of @ffes.

Added the following devices (data from xml.buienradar.nl):
* Visibility
* Solar radiation
* Rain rate
* Weather forecast
* Rain forecast (uses data from https://gps.buienradar.nl/getrr.php?lat=51&lon=3)

Check this Dutch site for more information on the rain forecast.

I have made a pull request for this and hopefully it will be merged
