Fibaro FGMS001 stopped reporting temp

So far I've only got one Z-Wave device, but I've been very happy with it, until recently. My FGMS001 has stopped reporting temperatures.

I've tried going tinto Setup -> Hardware -> OpenZWave USB -> Setup -> Device

and I've done the "Request current stored values from device". All of the settings appear to be correct.

Recently I had to change the battery as it had failed, but the temp readings had stopped before then, and haven't started again with the new battery.

What else can I do to try to get it working again?
