[Hobbies:] Domotica, FPS and Race Gaming, Movies and Series (not on TV couse i despise adds, so always downloaded), The Reality, LAN gaming with style, Foundation board member of this organisation an organising an yearly LAN party event of 800 participants
[Choise for domoticz:]
I started with domotiga, but thats way to complicated, couse not every addition to youre domotica should be a struggle, so i moved to domoticz, every addition is plug and play (kudos to Gizmocuz) very, very awesome job.
I started simply with my lighting, but added a smart meter(want to monitor my self installed PV system), thats so awesome, really plug and play (part from the input buffer issues)
[My role here?] Adaptee and trying to move indepth to scripting, json etc., when i see a opporunity to contribute i will take it, hence this is an awesome community and initiative.
[My equipment]
Server : Raspberry/RFXCOM433
P1-meter USB
Switches : KAKU, Homeeasy
A TS15C thermometer
I woul really like to connect my heating system in the future, but thermostats are not really embedde right now. Furthermore, I have a lot of RGB led systems in my house (behind my Big screen LCD, in my bedroom, around by tub) these i would control trough domoticz, waiting for a stable next release
Also i would add an Security system with cameras (on my wishlist)

[Occupation:] Director IT
[Hobbies:] Automation/integration of all sorts, XBOX, Full-time gadgeteer (always NEED something to play with), drinking beer, watching movies & series.
[Choise for domoticz:] Started with HomeWizard, found myself programming against the API after a day and didn't think it was flexible enough. Searched for something else started with Blockly but fell in love with LUA ...
[My role here?] Thankful user, try to help out on the forum where I can. Know a lot about Apple, Linux (Debian & Ubuntu) and more and more about LUA
[My equipment]
3x Raspberry (2xA & 1xB) / RFXCOM433 (wifi, bluetooth for detecting bluetooth devices)
various stuff that was included with the HomeWizard (smoke-detector, dusk-sensor, thermometer, doorsensors, motionsensors, dimmers, etc) & AppLamp(really nice!)
2x Foscam clone
1x IPRobot 3
A few weather stations I pick up from my neighbours with the bigger, (semi-legal) antenna ...
[Other stuff]
MacBookAir 11", Ipad Air, Synology DS411slim, ATV3, iPhone5S, Onkyo Receiver with Bose Speakers, Samsung TV & trying to 'tie it all together in a usefull way'.
[So Far]
Connected my Onkyo receiver through a Python library on the Rasp (<- cool, controlling al functions with LUA)
Connected my Roomba with RooWifi (<- cool, vacuuming with the press of a button)
Using my webcams as motion sensors and record streams on motion detected.
Looking into several external API's / connect logic with that to my everyday life.
Looking into feedback (speech) to use that as well (reporting, or speech commands)
Looking for a good IR solution for most of my multimedia stuff.
Buying way too much stuff on dx.com or other gadget-sites (and usually end up selling it again) to test :P
100% Automated my movies/series/downloading workflow -> iTunes -> ATV3 with sabnzbd/couchpotato/sickbeard and iFlicks (volunteer for Dutch translations of the GUI of the App).

Debian, Raspbian, Mac OSX, Ubuntu, Synology, never Windows. Some programming skills (PHP, bash, some perl). Love Apple stuff, hate that it's not 'open' enough / love open source.

Today running V.1.1136 in continuous operation since Sept-2013 on a RPi. I'm pleased with the stability and will not change to a later version until after the winter (it is a 85 km drive).
[My equipment] Two RPi-s for Domoticz/RFXcom and VPN. 11 temp/humidity sensors, nexa switches, Nexa PIR detectors for burglar alarm, web cameras for intrusion detection, Six Flamingo FA20 smoke detectors used also as sirens for the burglar alarm.
