Hello. I've been trying to get the RFLink to work for some time, to no avail. I'd really appreciate your help, please.
My setup is as follows: I have a Raspberry Pi 3 running Domoticz. At present, I can use it to control devices over LAN and Z-wave successfully.
I would like to add 433Mhz capabilities in order to control a Livolo light switch. I purchased a pre-soldered RFLink board from Nodo Shop.
I have been following these instructions: http://www.nemcon.nl/blog2/easyha
I downloaded the RFLink firmware R42 from here: http://www.nemcon.nl/blog2/download
I connected the Arduino Mega to a PC via USB and ran the firmware installer. The installer confirmed that the firmware was installed. I then connected the Arduino Mega (with the RFLink board attached) to the Raspberry Pi by USB.
On the Domoticz hardware page, I added RFLink Gateway USB. It shows up on my hardware list. However, the 'Create RFLink Devices' button does not appear. I've tried adding it again under every USB port, to similar result.

'Accept new hardware devices' is ticked in Settings. I've put the Livolo switch into sync mode, but it isn't showing up in Devices.
Could you help me to figure this out, please? I'm new to Linux and to home automation, so I'd need a step-by-step dummies' guide. I would be most grateful!

Try a different browser or clear your cache and reopen your current browser.
I used Firefox and couldn't see it, but could see it with IE... until I reset Firefox and then it appeared.

Re: Support request: RFLink on Domoticz
Hello! I appreciate your quick reply. I have followed your advice, and the 'Create RFLink Devices' button now appears as expected. Thank you very much for your help!
The steps I took that seemed to help were as follows:
• Updating Domoticz to the latest Beta channel firmware (v3.5641)
• Clearing the browser cache.
I'll test the setup with the Livolo switch tomorrow.

Re: Support request: RFLink on Domoticz
It looks like I've come up against a new hurdle: I can't add the 433MHz device to Domoticz.
I'm trying to add a Livolo light switch.
(This one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Livolo-Wireles ... 017CHIZAA/)
The light switch is connected to the building's wiring, and can turn lights on and off via the touch-buttons.
I've put the Livolo switch into its pairing mode by holding a button until it beeps. However, it does not show up in Domoticz's Devices page.
Clicking the 'Create RFLink Devices' button on the Hardware page gives me a popup asking for a 'Command'.
The RFLink seems to be recognised by Domoticz. Per my log:
2016-09-21 17:17:08.495 RFLink: Controller Initialized!...
2016-09-21 17:17:08.570 RFLink Detected, Version: 1.1 Revision: 42 Build: 0
The 'Accept new Hardware Devices' box is ticked in settings. I've also tried using the 'Allow for 5 mintues' button while the Livolo switch is in sync mode.
How can I add the device? I'd be very grateful for your help!

Re: Support request: RFLink on Domoticz
Sorry, I've only just seen this!
The easiest way would be to get a livolo remote and clone it using the "Add Switch" option in domoticz under the Switches page.
Alternatively, it says it is supported by RF Link on their website, so It might be worth looking here - http://www.nemcon.nl/blog2/protref
There's should be a command on that page you can use to pair the switch.

It do not show up automatically since livolo switch cannot send anything. Its only receiver.rotoco wrote:I've put the Livolo switch into its pairing mode by holding a button until it beeps. However, it does not show up in Domoticz's Devices page.
So go to switches tab and click "Manual light/switch" button. Then select RFLink as hw, Give name, Switch type: On/Off, Id: pick up something. No all id:s are working so you might have to test multiple ones.
Then put your livolo switch to pairing mode and hit the test button in domoticz. If test success then add the new switch with Add Device button.
