Instant ON/OFF with Z-Wave Dimmer - Multilevel Switch V2 CC?

Is it possible to instantly dim a Z-Wave Dimming from 0 to 255 and vise-versa using Domoticz? I was told that the command class Multilevel Switch V2 must be used to set the ramp speed of the Aeotec LED bulb using the Duration variable. I am wondering if this is already possible with Domoticz, or if it is possible for this to be added on?
