Easy blocky question

Hi everybody, I have a simple question, simple for you probably, but frustrating for me. I tried to make a blocky script, the most most easy ones succeed, but when I change one tiny bit (you got to get started somewhere), the lights stay out.

Can somebody help me please, what am I doing wrong? or is there a download somewhere..., with a small explanation...?

Hi, Just use an integer block not a time block for the 10 Minutes.
