Universal Devises ISY Integration: A Powerful Controller: Insteon/zWave/Echo/Energy/Network??

I am new here by VERY impressed with what I see!

I use a UDI ISY aoutomation controller, which has 100% support for Insteon, zWave, Echo and many additional devices controllers via "Network Recourses" IMO It is a much more robust/reliable devise along the lines of Vera.

It does not seem there is yet integration between the ISY and Domoticz. There should be . Below is a post I made on the ISY forum telling users about Demotics and its interface with MySensors. I would encourage you to look at the ISY and think about integration with Demoticz. Ive suggested the same to the ISY crowd.

+1 for integration with ISY, I am a little surprised there isn't any integration yet. I have been manually integrating some functions between the two.

Currently I have a couple of thermostats reporting temperature and humidity to virtual sensors in domoticz via isy programs that call php scripts on my NAS. I would have just had the isy report the temperature and humidity directly to domoticz but since domoticz expects celcius values, I had the isy call a php script located on the webserver that my nas is running to convert the Fahrenheit temperature values to Celsius before updating domoticz via curl from the same php script.
I also have a few on/off switches set up in domoticz with their on/off actions directed to the isy's rest interface.

Working with both controllers seems a bit cumbersome and redundant but I found that domoticz provided an easy way to bridge the capabilities of the synology nas that it runs on with the isy controller. Also I really like the web gui of domoticz, very nicely designed.

Anyway, many thanks to the developers of domoticz and I patiently await further integration between the domoticz and the isy.
