Blockly question

Hi, I am new to Domticz.
Configured an RFLink USB gateway (firmware 42) in combination with Rasberry Pi (2); latest beta (3.5263).
I run the webinterface (which is looking great!) in Firefox and added two KAKU switches that are working fine in the Switches tab, so far so good. In order to play a bit with (blockly) events I created the following blockly:

I expected lamp 'Old' would be swithched on when 'lamp New' is switched on in combination with the EVENT=Aan message in the log.
However when lamp New is switched on nothing else is happening, no message in the log:

In settings the event system is enabled.
Apparently I am missing something, can someone point me in the right direction?

Your screenprint shows "Lamp New and On"? Shouldn't the "and" be "="?

Oh my God, wat a silly mistake, I shouldn't do these things at night and go to bed earlier!
I changed to the logical block type you indicted, now it's working.
