As my domoticz diy alarm system is nearing its completion and working well I am wondering how I can take it to the next level by integrating with an alarm monitoring company.
I was wondering if any of you have any thoughts or suggestions on how to achieve this?
Other than standard notification methods such as SMS, Telegram, Email etc. I am specifically thinking of integrating via ademco contact id protocols as most armed response alarm monitoring companies I know of use this.
I assume you would either need something connected via USB or on a Pi's GPIO of some sort. I have found devices that connect to existing alarm systems and extract these signals (http://www.alarmdecoder.com/catalog/pro ... ucts_id/29) however I am looking at generating the telemetry codes and passing that on to the alarm company via telephone line or radio transmitter.
Any thoughts on this?

Re: alarm company monitoring integration via contact id
I found this article that maybe explains the contact id protocol a bit better than I can.
