Domoticz web interface crash?

The strangest thing happened today.
Browser cache refresh stayed on screen. in the end I did a reboot (which normally worked), but not this time. Unplugged the power (ssh was not possible). Still the same. In the end I cleared all browser settings and then I got this page:

Any clues? It ran ok for way over a year and no recent changes.
I am now restoring an image to my SD-card.

Looks like it is happening again. Any clues how to debug this?

looks like it has something to do with the manifest loading.

html5.appcache can be loaded.
js/export-csv.js can not be loaded (other js files can be loaded (source is displayed)), but no not found error.

I can not check on the os with ssh right now, because I am at work.

Any clues/tips where/what to check?

Frontpage and Domoticz android app still work.

Does not happen at home.
I guess it is because of the https I read about.
Not sure how to fix it at systems it is wrong.
