TOON 3.3.8 firmware

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone updated their TOON to the latest firmware (3.3.8) yet. And what are your experiences? Any improvements on the ToonThermostat: Error getting current state! errors maybe?

Haven't updated yet and since the error doesn't seem to do anything I prefer not to update.
If it works don't try to fix it?
