Toon historical data

Post by Gerwin1967 »

Is there someone that knows If the historical data that is saved on the my Eneco site can be imported into Domoticz, I noticed that Domoticz started to display historical energy data as of April 6th, 2016, so all that is previous from this date is not displayed. It is possible to download previous Data from the my Eneco site in an excel table.

Toon stores data in a bunch of RRD databases. Depending on the timescale, the granularity of the stored data gets coarser for longer periods of storage.

5 minute intervals: max 30 days of storage
1 hour intervals: max 5 years of storage
24h intervals: max 10 years of storage

A factory reset destroys all data aboard toon (deletes the databases, at reboot, new, empty databases are installed). Eneco does not store any of your data. It's all on toon.

In short, your fine grained data from before april 6th, are gone.
If you want to keep your fine-grained data, download at least every 30 days. I don't know how to do that, BTW, from Eneco's site.

Thx Marcel,

Appreciate the clarification was not aware of this, as indicated I can download previous energy data from the my Eneco site, now it would be nice if I can import this to Domoticz to show all historical energy data, however do not know how to do this.

Grtz,

Gerwin
